Baked Maple Crafted Oatmeal



  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats.
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar.
  • 1/2 cup favorite flavor Maple Craft Syrup.
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • 2 large eggs.
  • 1 cup whole milk.
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted.
  • Optional 1/3 – 1/2 cup fruit (raisins, blueberry, strawberries, bananas, chopped apples, etc.).
  • Additional milk, cream (or even vanilla ice cream!).


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, & butter.
  4. Stir into oat mixture with the Maple Craft Syrup (adding any of the optional fruit) until blended.
  5. Spoon into a greased 9-in. baking dish. Bake 40-45 minutes or until set.
  6. Serve warm with milk (and optional – sliced bananas!). Makes approx. 6 servings.
